Established in 1969, Springfield USA Aquatics is central Illinois’ premier United States Swimming program. SUSA has a long history of successful swimming with many of our members competing and placing at the state and national meets.

Our goal is to provide a fun and exciting program that benefits all individuals that participate. We offer a guided age-group program for swimmers age 5 and older… from our beginning level members to our most competitive and skilled swimmers that compete on the state and national levels.

We offer year-round training designed by a professional coaching staff with years of experience on the local and national levels. Each of our coaches is certified by United States Swimming and has access to the most comprehensive training and education programs offered by any sport in the United States.

SUSA provides a progressive age group swimming program with six different training groups. Each practice group is designed to develop the swimmer in a guided, systematic fashion. Team members practice at Eisenhower Pool during the fall, winter and spring seasons and at the Nelson Center Pool during the summer.

SUSA participates in local meets and regional meets throughout Illinois and the Midwest. Families are able to select which team meets they participate in depending upon their swimmer’s ability and commitment level.
