• New Team Records - Congratulations to Josie Preski, Taylor Mueller, Elizabeth Graham, Alexis Preski, Spencer Hohm, and Evan Yates for setting new SUSA team records at the 2010 Regional Meet.
   

• Results and Records updated - All results from this season are now available from Meet Information page. Best Times and Team Records are also up-to-date, as of March 10, 2010.
   

• Illinois Swimming Senior State Championships -  A big good luck goes out to SUSA swimmers Lindsey Rayhill and Sam Gill at the Illinois Swimming Senior State Championship meet in Chicago this weekend.  Lindsey will be swimming the 1000 Free, 1650 Free, 100 Fly and 200 Fly while Sam will be competing on the 50 Free, 100 Free, 100 Back and 100 Fly at the meet.  Meet information, including the meet packet, psych sheets, meet results, etc can be found on the host club's website at http://www.westswim.com/Senior%20Champs%20SC2010.htm   There will also be a live video feed of the meet on that website for anyone interested in watching Lindsey and Sam swim their events.  Good luck Lindsey and Sam.... All your SUSA teammates will be cheering for you this weekend.
   

• SUSA Banquet - Saturday, March 20th - The 2010 SUSA Banquet is scheduled for Saturday, March 20th at the KC Hall and Banquet Center.  Please be sure to RSVP by March 11 by signing up at the pool or by e-mailing Shelley Mueller at justrun@hotmail.com.  Additional information can be found on the attached flyer.  We hope that all our SUSA families can attend this fun and exciting event.

Practice Fins & Team Suits - All SUSA swimmers are required to own a pair of practice fins and bring them to the pool on a daily basis.  These fins can be purchased at the Running Center (2943 West White Oaks Drive, Suite 1).  Team suits can be also purchased there. Be sure to mention SUSA to get a team discount.

USA Swimming Registration - All USA Swimming registrations for 2008 must be up-to-date in order for your SUSA swimmer to continue to practice with the team and participate in any meets. If you have not returned registration form and check you must do so before participating in practice and/or meets.

Email Distribution List - If you have not been receiving e-mails from our team please be sure to send your updated e-mail address to Coach Jeff so he can include you in our e-mail database. We use e-mail to send out important program information notices (practice changes, event announcements, SUSA weekly newsletter, etc) and want to make sure you are included in these mailings.
